活性炭吸附塔概述
一、 概述
活性碳吸附法系利用高性能活性碳吸附剂(adsorbent) 固体本身的表面作用力，将VOC分子之吸附质(adsorbate)吸引附着在吸附剂表面，以达到去除VOC物质之目的。
活性碳吸附法在低浓度VOC条件下，可以理想地去除废气中挥发性有机物，同时有较佳的经济效益。故在空气污染物控制方面，特别适用处理含低浓度VOC 之废气，例如半导体厂、LCD厂、PCB厂、油漆厂、喷涂等工艺等。
二、构造与原理
吸附塔本体为横卧式设计, 活性碳吸附层采多区隔直式 排列，增加活性碳与废气之接触面积，活性碳吸附层之前段设置有抽取式初级滤网，可先将废气中之粒状物予以滤除，防止活性碳吸附层受阻塞, 满足当地政府规定的工业废业排放的指标要求进行处理后，再排放至大气中。
