详细介绍： 废气吸收塔处理原理 其基本原理是利用气体与液体间的接触，而将气体中的污染物传送到液体中，然后再将清洁之气体与被污染的液体分离达成清净空气的目的。 气流中的[粒状污染物]与洗涤液接触之后，液滴或液膜扩散附於气流粒子上，或者增湿於粒子，使粒子借着重力、惯性力等作用达到分离去除之目的。[气态污染物质]则借着紊流、分子扩散等质量传送以及化学反应等现象传送入洗涤液体中达到与进流气体分离之目的。并可在洗涤液中添加化学物质，以吸收方式控制气状臭味物质。 废气经由填充式洗涤塔，采气液逆向吸收方式处理，即液体自塔顶向下以雾状(或小水滴)喷洒而下。废气则由塔底(逆向流)达到气液接触之目的。此处理方式，可冷却废气温度、气体调理、及颗粒去除。再经过除雾段处理后排入大气中。 “等离子体法”，采用脉冲高压高频等离子体电源和齿板放电装置，使其产生高强度、高浓度、高电能的活性自由基，在毫秒级的时间内，瞬间对有害废气分子进行氧化还原反应，将废气中的大部分污染物降解成二氧化碳和水及易处理的物质。等离子体净化技术是指利用脉冲电晕放电产生的高能电子，电子、离子、自由基和中性粒子以每秒钟300万次至3000万次的速度反复轰击发生异味的分子，去激活、电离、裂解工业废气中的各组分，使之发生氧化等一系列复杂的化学反应,存在于等离子体内的(OH-、、O-2 H+、O3)直接打开有机气体分子间的分子键，使有害气体分解，最终排放CO2、H2O等无害物质，同时产生的大量负离子可以清新空气。 功能特点 1、具有净化效率高，能同时净化多种污染物; 2、设备具有防火性能采用过载、漏电、开门断电自动保护。 3、产品模块化设计制作，安装简便、维护方便， 4、设备体积小，结构紧凑，工艺成熟安全稳定 5、设备投资少，运行成本低净化效率高，无二次污染特点 6、外型美观，风阻小，噪声低，抗腐蚀性强，使用寿命长。 适用场地 电子工业、半导体制造业、PCB制造业、LCD制造业、钢铁金属工业、电镀及金属表面处理工业、酸洗制程、染料/制药/化学工业、除臭/氯气中和、燃烧废气SOx/NOx之去掉、其他水溶性空气污染喷漆车间、油墨印刷、喷涂车间、化工、机械加工、医药、橡胶、食品、印染、造纸、酿造等生产过程中产生的低浓度有机废气和无机废气。 Detailed description:
