三、UV光解油烟净化器的原理及技术特点：
1、本产品利用紫外线与臭氧相结合，通过其发出的紫外线UV-C波段的光束来改变油 脂的高分子结构链，紫外线与空气反应产生的臭氧将油脂分子冷燃烧后生成水和二氧化碳，同时出去异味。通过化学反应原理，达到彻底净化油烟和清楚油烟异味的目的，解决了原有靠物理原理收集处理油烟方法所产生的二次污染和油烟异味的问题。
2、UV灯可用来分解油脂；与抽油烟机相连接的排气管道内经常会发生一些油脂沉积，这些沉积物来源于油脂，油蒸气和悬浮颗粒，它们容易引发严重火灾。用UV灯可以分解废气中的油脂，也有效预防了油脂在饮具及表面和排气管道内的沉积,所以用UV会把发生火灾的可能性降到最低，可以减少防火措施，此外还能节省高额清洗费用。
3、UV可以去除异味；这些异味大都产生于厨房的排气及产生强烈的刺激气味的食品车间，如鱼店的排气管，食品加工，污水处理，用UV灯可以减少来自厨房的气体污染，是目前去除异味最佳产品。
