光催化氧化装置介绍及原理
设备介绍： 低温等离子设备是新一代异味气体专业处理设备。设备具有处理效果好、运行费用低、耐冲击负荷能力强、运行稳定可靠、即开即用、即关即停等特点。低温等离子设备为方形一体化设备，反应管、电源、放电盘、高压驱动、控制系统等均装配在设备壳体内。 光催化氧化设备工作原理： 本产品利用特制的高能高臭氧UV紫外线光束照射废气，裂解工业废气如：氨、三甲胺、硫化氢、甲硫氢、甲硫醇、甲硫醚、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯、二甲二硫、二硫化碳和苯乙烯，硫化物H2S、VOC类，苯、甲苯、二甲苯的分子链结构，使有机或无机高分子恶臭化合物分子链，在高能紫外线光束照射下，降解转变成低分子化合物，如CO2、H2O等。利用高能高臭氧UV紫外线光束分解空气中的氧分子产生游离氧，即活性氧，因游离氧所携正负电子不平衡所以需与氧分子结合，进而产生臭氧。 光催化氧化设备特点： ★高效，采用特殊工艺加工的纳米催化网，此纳米催化剂粒径只有5um左右，其表面积比普通催化网要大3-10倍其光催化效率也要明显提高，催化剂采用二氧化钛等多种金属氧化物掺杂，在较长的波长（388nm)都能有效被激发对废气成分发生催化氧化反应，高效处理废气成分 ★节能，光催化和UV光解相结合，一方面提高高能短波的输出量，另一方面结合纳米催化网提高紫光一级长波紫外光的利用率，大大降低耗能 ★运行成本低，维护少 ★体积小，重量轻，占地面积小 ★压损小 应用行业： 医药行业、食品行业、垃圾处理厂、石化厂、化工厂、香精厂等。 Equipment introduction
