光催化氧化装置

 设备介绍:

   低温等离子设备是新一代异味气体专业处理设备。设备具有处理效果好、运行费用低、耐冲击负荷能力强、运行稳定可靠、即开即用、即关即停等特点。低温等离子设备为方形一体化设备,反应管、电源、放电盘、高压驱动、控制系统等均装配在设备壳体内。

光催化氧化设备工作原理:

      本产品利用特制的高能高臭氧UV紫外线光束照射废气,裂解工业废气如:氨、三甲胺、硫化氢、甲硫氢、甲硫醇、甲硫醚、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯、二甲二硫、二硫化碳和苯乙烯,硫化物H2S、VOC类,苯、甲苯、二甲苯的分子链结构,使有机或无机高分子恶臭化合物分子链,在高能紫外线光束照射下,降解转变成低分子化合物,如CO2、H2O等。利用高能高臭氧UV紫外线光束分解空气中的氧分子产生游离氧,即活性氧,因游离氧所携正负电子不平衡所以需与氧分子结合,进而产生臭氧。
       UV+O2→O-+O*(活性氧)O+O2→O3(臭氧),众所周知臭氧对有机物具有极强的氧化作用,对工业废气及其它刺激性异味有立竿见影的清除效果。

光催化氧化设备特点:

      ★高效,采用特殊工艺加工的纳米催化网,此纳米催化剂粒径只有5um左右,其表面积比普通催化网要大3-10倍其光催化效率也要明显提高,催化剂采用二氧化钛等多种金属氧化物掺杂,在较长的波长(388nm)都能有效被激发对废气成分发生催化氧化反应,高效处理废气成分

     ★节能,光催化和UV光解相结合,一方面提高高能短波的输出量,另一方面结合纳米催化网提高紫光一级长波紫外光的利用率,大大降低耗能

Working principle of photocatalytic oxidation equipment;
The product utilizes a special high-energy and high-ozone UV ultraviolet beam to irradiate the exhaust gas and crack the molecular chain structure of the industrial exhaust gas such as ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methylthiohydrogen, methyl mercaptan, methylthioether, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide and styrene, sulfide H2S, VOC, benzene, toluene and xylene, so that the molecular chain structure of the organic or inorganic macromolecular malodorous compound The high-energy and high-ozone UV light beam is used to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to generate free oxygen, namely active oxygen, which needs to be combined with oxygen molecules due to the imbalance of positive and negative electrons carried by the free oxygen, thereby generating ozone.
Uv + O2 → o - + o * ( active oxygen ) o + O2 → O3 ( ozone ), it is well known that ozone has a strong oxidation effect on organic matter, has an immediate effect on industrial waste gas and other irritant odor removal.
Characteristics of photocatalytic oxidation equipment;
