低温等离子设备

 设备介绍 :

       低温等离子设备是新一代异味气体专业处理设备。设备具有处理效果好、运行费用低、耐冲击负荷能力强、运行稳定可靠、即开即用、即关即停等特点。低温等离子设备为方形一体化设备,反应管、电源、放电盘、高压驱动、控制系统等均装配在设备壳体内。

等离子有机废气净化器工作原理:

       等离子体被称为物质第4形态,由电子、离子、自由基和中性粒子组成。低温等离子体有机气体净化器是利用等离子体,以每秒800万次至5000万次的速度反复轰击异味气体的分子,去激活、电离、裂解废气中的各种成份,从而发生氧化等一系列复杂的化学反应,再经过多级净化,将有害物转化为洁净的空气释放至大自然。

      等离子有机废气净化器工作原理是采用高压发生器形成低温等离子体,在平均能量约5eV的大量电子作用下,使通过净化器的苯、甲苯、二甲苯等有机废气分子转化成各种活性粒子,与空气中的O2结合生成H2O、CO2等低分子无害物质,使废气得到净化。
       在处理过程中,当有机气体进入等离子体反应室时,气体被均匀分配到等离子反应室(PRC)。反应室分成96根六边形管子,每根管子的中央有一根冠状电线,与反应室独立隔开。通过高压线对反应室导通可调节高压,高压导通到管子里的管状电线上,由电线至管壁产生放电现象。
       一旦放电,等离子体电子就与气体分子相撞击,产生化学性活性核素,就是通常所说的激进和负荷载体。此外,还具有微型静电沉淀器的功能,该装置可以除尘。

      同时注入环境或者二级气体来优化反应室的湿度和温度,与此同时加入离子来改善反应室内的反应,这种等离子体处理方法使有机气体在低温下进行“氧化”。

低温等离子体设备特点:

      ★自动化程度高,工艺简洁,操作简单,方便.无需专人看管,遇故障自动停机报警。

      ★节能:运行费用低廉是“低温等离子体”专利核心技术之一,处理5000M3/h臭气,耗电量仅1000W。

      ★适应范围广:在高温350℃,低温-20℃的环境内,净化区均可运转,特别是在潮湿,甚至空气湿度饱和的环境下仍可正常运行。

      ★设备使用寿命长:本设备由不锈钢材,铜材、陶瓷绝缘子等材料组成,抗氧化性强,在酸性气体中耐腐蚀。使用寿命长达8年以上。

      ★“低温等离子体”设备组合性强:可以串并联混合应用,在处理高浓度异味气体时能发挥明显优势。

Working principle of plasma organic waste gas purifier;

The low-temperature plasma organic gas purifier utilizes the plasma to bombard the molecules of the peculiar smell gas repeatedly at the speed of 8 to 50 million times per second, deactivate, ionize and crack various components in the exhaust gas, thereby generating a series of complex chemical reactions such as oxidation, and then carrying out multistage purification to convert harmful substances into clean air and release the clean air to the nature.
The working principle of the plasma organic waste gas purifier is to form low-temperature plasma by using a high-pressure generator, and convert organic waste gas molecules such as benzene, toluene, xylene and the like passing through the purifier into various active particles under the action of a large amount of electrons with an average energy of about 5ev, and generate low-molecular harmless substances such as H2O, CO2 and the like in combination with O2 in the air so as to purify the waste gas.
During processing, when the organic gas enters the plasma reaction chamber, the gas is uniformly distributed to the plasma reaction chamber ( PRC ). The reaction chamber is divided into 96 hexagonal tubes with a crown wire in the center of each tube separated from the reaction chamber. High voltage can be adjusted by conducting the reaction chamber through the high voltage line, and the high voltage is conducted to the tubular electric wire in the pipe, and discharge phenomenon is generated from the electric wire to the pipe wall.
Once discharged, plasma electrons collide with gas molecules to produce chemically active nuclides, known as radicals and load carriers. In addition, the device also has the function of a miniature electrostatic precipitator, and the device can remove dust.
Simultaneously, an environment or a secondary gas is injected to optimize the humidity and the temperature of the reaction chamber, and ions are simultaneously added to improve the reaction in the reaction chamber.
Characteristics of low temperature plasma equipment;
