 概述
    有机废气吸附催化燃烧设备是我公司积累有机气体治理的经验研制成功的高效节能、无二次污染的新型环保治理设备,经众多的用户使用,该项处理技术已经达到国内同类产品的领先水平。
用途、范围
    适用于处理常温、大风量、中低浓度、易挥发的有机废气,可处理有机溶剂种类包括苯类、酮类、酯类、醛类、醚类、烷类及其混合类。
    广泛用于汽车、造船、摩托车、家具、家用电器、钢琴、钢结构生产厂等行业的喷漆,涂装车间或生产线的有机废气净化,也可与制鞋粘胶、印铁制罐、化工塑料、印刷油墨、电缆、漆包线等生产线配套使用。
工作原理
    有机废气催化燃烧设备采用活性炭吸附、热气流脱附和催化燃烧三种组合工艺净化有机废气,利用活性炭多微孔及巨大的表面张力等特性将废气中的有机溶剂吸附,使所排废气得到净化 为第一工作过程;活性炭吸附饱和后,按一定浓缩比把吸附在活性炭上的有机溶剂用热气流脱出并送往催化燃烧床为第二工作过程;进入催化燃烧床的高浓度有机废气经过进一点步加热后,在催化剂的作用下氧气分解,转化成二氧化碳和水,分解释放出的热量经高效换热器回收后用于加热进入催化燃烧床的高浓度有机废气为第 三工作过程 ,上述三个工作过程在运行一定时间达到平衡后,脱附、催化分解过程无需外加能源加热。
技术特点
    采用吸附浓缩+催化燃烧组合工艺,整个系统实现了净化、脱附过程闭循环,与回收类有机废气净化装置相比,无须备压缩空气和蒸气等附加能源,运行过程不产生二次污染,设备投资及运行费用低。
    选用特殊成型的蜂窝活性炭作为吸附材料,吸附剂寿命长,吸附系统阻力低,净化效率高;用优质贵金属钯、铂载在蜂窝陶瓷上作催化剂,催化燃烧率达97%以上,催化剂寿命长、催化剂的分解温度低,脱附预热时间短,能耗低。
    采用微机集中控制系统,设备运行、操作过程实现全自动化,运行过程稳定、可靠。
    前端采用干式高效粉尘过滤装置,净化效率高,确保吸附装置的使用寿命。
    安全设施完备,在气源与设备间设置安全防火阀(选配)、脱附时严格控制进入活性炭床的脱附温度,设有阻火器、感温棒、报警器及自动停机等保护措施,必要时可在炭层位置增加喷淋。
可用于净化处理连续或间歇生产产生的有机废气。

Working principle
The organic waste gas catalytic combustion equipment adopts three combined processes of activated carbon adsorption, hot gas flow desorption and catalytic combustion to purify the organic waste gas, and utilizes the characteristics of porous activated carbon and huge surface tension to adsorb the organic solvent in the waste gas so as to purify the discharged waste gas into a first working process; After the activated carbon is adsorbed and saturated, the organic solvent adsorbed on the activated carbon is separated out by a hot gas flow according to a certain concentration ratio and sent to a catalytic combustion bed for a second working process; After further heating, the high-concentration organic waste gas entering the catalytic combustion bed is decomposed by oxygen under the action of a catalyst, is converted into carbon dioxide and water, and the heat released by the decomposition is recovered by a high-efficiency heat exchanger and used for heating the high-concentration organic waste gas entering the catalytic combustion bed
Technical characteristics
By adopt that combined proces of adsorption concentration and catalytic combustion, the whole system realizes the closed cycle of the purification and desorption process, and compare with the recovery type organic waste gas purification device, no additional energy sources such as compressed air, steam and the like are needed, no secondary pollution is generated in the operation process, and the equipment investment and the operation cost are low.
The special formed honeycomb activated carbon is selected as the adsorption material, the service life of the adsorbent is long, the resistance of the adsorption system is low, and the purification efficiency is high; The high-quality noble metal palladium and platinum are supported on the honeycomb ceramic as a catalyst, the catalytic combustion rate is over 97 percent, the service life of the catalyst is long, the decomposition temperature of the catalyst is low, the desorption preheating time is short, and the energy consumption is low.
The microcomputer centralized control system is adopted, the equipment operation and operation process are fully automated, and the operation process is stable and reliable.
The front end adopts a dry high-efficiency dust filtering device, the purification efficiency is high, and the service life of the adsorption device is ensured.
Safety facilities are complete, set up safety fire valve ( optional ) between gas source and equipment, strictly control the desorption temperature into the activated carbon bed when desorption, equipped with fire damper, temperature bar, alarm and automatic stop protection measures, if necessary, can increase the spray in the position of the carbon layer.
Can be used for purifying and treating organic waste gas generated by continuous or intermittent production.
