酸碱废气治理
处理方案：
在车间将无组织排放的废气首先经过收集罩收集后，废气经过引风机作用下，引入含酸（碱）的洗涤塔吸收中和，使含酸（碱）废气中和后达标排放。
处理方法：
酸（碱）废气由风管引出后，进入废气净化塔（逆流式洗涤塔）进行净化处理，净化塔内装填有一定的填料，这样可以使废气和吸收液充分接触，从塔上流下来的水再通过水泵提升到塔顶，不断循环利用，循环液在达到一定浓度后再排向污水处理系统统一排放。

工艺简单，管理、操作方便简洁；
压降低，操作弹性大，具有良好的除雾性能；
过滤废气效果好，去除率可达99%；

Acid ( alkali ) waste gas is led out from the air pipe, enters the waste gas purification tower ( counter - flow washing tower ) for purification treatment, the purification tower is filled with a certain filler, so that the waste gas and the absorption liquid can be fully contacted, water flowing down from the tower is lifted to the top of the tower through a water pump, and the circulating liquid is continuously recycled; and after reaching a certain concentration, the circulating liquid is discharged to the sewage treatment system for unified discharge.
